ORDERING PROCESS:
- Item number, description, colours, quantity and pricing are a MUST on order form to ensure proper orders will be fullfilled with minimal errors within our control.
- Clearly identify when order is needed by in your hands so we can determine if we have to rush order.
CUSTOMIZING ITEMS:
Artwork must be submitted via email with purchase order.
- artwork files acceptable are AI, EPS, PDF and CDR – adobe illustrator version CS5 or lower, Corel Draw version X14 or lower.
- graphics must be vector or artwork charges may apply.
- all fonts must be outlines.
